PERSONAL DATA POLICY DURING RECRUITMENT

We hereby inform you that we process your personal information. Details of this can be found below.

  1. Administrator of personal data

ENGIE TECHNIKA INSTALACYJNA Sp. z o.o., ul. Czerniakowska 58, 00-717 Warsaw is the administrator of your personal data.

  1. Data Protection Inspector

We have appointed the Data Protection Supervisor in the person of Mr Paweł Wierzbicki with whom you can contact us regarding the protection of your personal data and exercise your rights with the help of an e-mail address: pawel.wierzbicki@external.engie.com, or in writing to the address of our headquarters, indicated in point I.

  1. Objectives and basics of processing

We process your personal data in connection with your recruitment. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent and legal provisions (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b, c) of the GDPR). The processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator.

  1. The categories of your data that we will process

We will process the following categories of your data: Identification data, address data, education data, seniority, professional rights.

  1. Recipients of data

Your personal data will not be shared outside of the Company.

  1. Transmission of data to third countries or international organizations

We do not forward your data outside of the European Economic Area.

  1. The period of data storage

We process your personal data to recruit for the position indicated in the announcement for a period not longer than 30 days from the end of the deadline for submitting offers, and when you have agreed to participate in future recruitment for a period not longer than 90 days from the moment of settlement the recruitment process.

  1. Your rights

You have:

a) The right to access your data and receive a copy of it

b) The right to rectify (correct) your data

c) The right to delete data.

If in your opinion there is no reason to process your data, you can request that we remove it.

d) The right to limit data processing

You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to store or perform the actions agreed upon with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or processed it without any substitution; or you do not want us to remove them, because you need them to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the time you objected to the processing of data.

e) The right to object to the processing of data:

You also have the right to object to the repetition of your data on the basis of a legally legitimate interest, and also when processing is necessary for us to perform a task carried out in the public interest or to exercise the public authority entrusted to us. You should then indicate to us your special situation, which in your view justifies the cessation of the opposition processing. We will stop processing your data unless we demonstrate that the basis for processing your data is inordinate to your rights or that your data is necessary to us to determine, assert or defend claims.

f) The right to data transfer

You have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, personal information about you that you provided to us based on your consent. You can also ask us to send this data directly to another entity.

g) The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body

If you feel that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data or another competent supervisory authority.

h) The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

If you have agreed to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that we process based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Providing your personal data results from the law and is necessary for the implementation of the employment contract.
